Privacy policy, in plain words.

No Boolshit AI is a brand of Tailoored Digital SRL, which is the data controller for everything described here. For any privacy question or request, write to contact@tailoored.com.

This site has no accounts, no mailing list, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We hold personal data in three situations only: you send a course enquiry, you use the agent finder, or you email us.

The enquiry form stores what you type into it: your company name and website, your team size, your name, your work email and your message. We use it only to reply to you about that course. We keep it while we are handling your enquiry and delete it once the enquiry is closed — sooner if you ask.

Before the agent finder starts, it asks for your work email, company and role. It stores them with the conversation, together with the messages you type, the facts drawn from them, and the briefs it produces, so we know who each conversation is with and can reply about it. It needs no account. Each message, with the facts so far, is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to run the conversation; your email, company and role are not.

A conversation, with the details you gave at the start, is deleted after 7 days without activity and after 30 days at the latest; the “Delete” button removes it immediately. If you choose to send an enquiry from your brief, that enquiry and the one brief attached to it are kept for 90 days, even if you delete the conversation afterwards.

Please leave customer records, credentials and sensitive personal data out of the conversation. Describe how the work is done, not who it is about.

The “send me the lesson” form and the contact links open your own mail app; nothing is submitted to this site. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with your request.

We set only the cookies the site needs to work, so there is no cookie banner to click through:

• Session cookie. Keeps your visit together between page loads, for example so a form can show its validation errors.
• XSRF-TOKEN. Proves that a form or agent finder request really came from this site, not from another one acting in your name.
• agent_finder_owner. Set only when you start an agent finder conversation. It ties that conversation to your browser so nobody else can open it. Only our server can read it.

Our server also uses your IP address briefly to limit how often forms and the agent finder can be called, which keeps bots and abuse out.

Under the GDPR we rely on two grounds. Enquiries, emails and agent finder conversations are handled because you asked us for something — a reply, or a brief. The necessary cookies and rate limiting rest on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. It reaches only the providers we need to run the site: our hosting provider, our email provider, which delivers a copy of each enquiry to our inbox, and Anthropic for agent finder messages. Anthropic may process those messages outside the European Economic Area, under its own data-processing terms.

You can at any time:

• ask what we hold about you and get a copy of it
• have it corrected or deleted
• ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to that use
• receive the data you gave us in a portable format
• complain to the data protection authority where you live or work

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
