What happens to what you type
What is processed. The work email, company and role you give before starting, the messages you type, the facts drawn from them, and the briefs produced. No account and no tracking. A cookie that only our server can read ties the conversation to your browser so nobody else can open it.
By whom. Tailoored AI stores the conversation. Each message, with the facts so far, is sent to Anthropic to extract facts, write the next question, and draft the brief. Your email, company and role are not. The workload figure and the result category are calculated by our own code, not by the AI.
For how long. A conversation, with the details you gave at the start, is deleted after 7 days without activity and after 30 days at the latest. “Delete” removes it immediately. If you choose to send an enquiry, that enquiry and the one brief you attached are kept for 90 days, even if you delete the conversation afterwards.
What to leave out. Customer records, credentials, and sensitive personal data. Describe how the work is done, not who it is about.
